We have had 2 employees who made changes to their address today in Production using the following path: Me/Personal Details/Contact Info/Address/Edit button.

  Then, they were no longer searchable with today's date in Person Management.  They were only searchable as of yesterday's date.  When we looked further into the issue, it was apparent their Person/People End Date is not till the End of Time.  What would have caused this from making an ESS update?  We had other users who made the same update successfully with no issues.

 

We have been able to run the Person Diagnostics Auto Correct process with Corruption number 2 to fix the issue, but this does not fix the issue permanently by preventing it from happening.  Have other users had this End Date issue?  Did you find out the root cause?
