Need to create a custom role with view only access but Additional information icon not appearing in view

I need to create a custom role with view only access for Projects, Tasks, budget and Cost but Additional information icon at Task level not appearing in view. I remember with the same configuration in 20D it was working fine.

 

Any suggestion on specific role previlage that is needed to view Additional information at task level?
