Is it possible to report on personal payment method when this is blankContent
Hi,
please can someone confirm if it is possible to identify in a OTBI report when an employee does not have a personal payment method (the personal payment method is blank).
I am using the Subject Area - Personal Payment Details Real Time, I have tried simple approaches such as applying a filter to the ‘Organization payment method name’ to is null, as well as applying a filter to this same field to say when this is not equal to BACS or Cheque both options return zero results, however I know this isn't correct, as there are employees who do not have a payment method set up in the system.
