Add Pending Worker Approval Rule

Hi Community,

I am trying to build up approval rule such that

Whenever a Specific role try to Add Pending Worker with Proposed Worker Type as Employee. It should trigger for an approval but it is not working as expected

I use the following rule mentioned below:

((Requestor's Role Details.Role Name == "Test Manage Pending US") AND 
(Worker's Proposed Assignment.result.Worker Type == "Employee"))
