Leavers - Last salary change date

Hi,

 

We are looking to build a report which captures the last salary change date for leavers, so we can add extra depth to our turnover reporting, however I cannot get the last salary date change or time since salary change information to feed through for leavers. 

 

Has anybody successfully created a similar report that they could share with me?
