Update Hire Date of Employee using HDL

Hi, I am trying to update the hire date of few employees using HDL. Below is the dat file content I am using and this works for one of my customers but for other customer, we are getting an error as "The WorkTermsSDO attribute value is required. You must enter a value." Please suggest.

METADATA|WorkRelationship|LegalEmployerName|PersonNumber|DateStart|WorkerType|ActionCode|NewStartDate
