Assignment Event/Workforce Trends - Counting a Termination on the Termination Date

Hello Experts!

I'm using Assignment Event Real time and have noticed that terminations are counted the day after their termination date. I suspect it's counting the day that the assignment becomes inactive. The business needs to count the termination on the date of the termination for the purposes of calculating Turnover. It was decided that a worker terminated on December 31st of a year should be counted in that year.

Do we have any control over how the Workforce Trends calculates the Turnover? Does anyone else have these requirements?
