Hello Cloud Connect

Over the last few days, we have experienced a number of users who are receiving a similar error described above when trying to view payslips through mobile devices

The files are .pdfs and the same files for other users.  I have checked my own payslips and not had the same problem and i am still awaiting a user to send a downloaded file to see if the error repeats for me

Has anyone else experienced this issue with their workforce and have you managed to resolve it?
