Edit Grand total in pivot table

Hi there,

 

we made a Pivot table in OTBI analysis with pay elements in column.

We have been able to add the Grand Total of them but we would like to exclude an element from the sum. Is it possible? 

Attached you'll find a screen displaying the analysis.
