Mobile Workforce

We have a requirement to identify Mobile workers, someone who might work between different sites, but have no direct workplace (we don't need to capture which sites they could potentially work from)

We have considered Assignment DFF and possibility using Assignment Category, but wondering if other customers have a similar requirement and how it has been resolved.
