Auto Approval for separation

Hi Experts,

We have a requirement in which we need to design a Auto Approval for separation.

When the employee submits the resignation, the approval comes to Reporting manager and Skip Level manager.

We are coming across some scenarios, at times the managers are approving the Resignations in system.

We want to design something or want to some changes in system where the "Resignations gets approved automatically after the Last Working Day".

Can you please help on how can we achieve this. This become a compliance issue at times.
