Missing Position Data in Notification to NON-HR worker

Hello!

I have a non-HR worker on the approval line of new position requests.

I do not want to give HR roles to this person, however, they need to see the basics on the delivered notificaiton.  Currently, it is showing up with blanks for this person.  Everyone else works OK.  I created a custom role with ORA_PER_POSITION_VIEW_DUTY.  But still not luck.  Screenshot attached.  Any assistance is appreciated!
