Help Building HCM Group Membership Report

Summary

I need to build a report that pulls all employees HCM Group membership

Content

It doesn't seem that there is an easy way to find out what HCM Groups an employee is a member of without going to the HCM Group and looking one by one. I would like to build a report instead.

HCM Group table names or a pre-built report would be helpful.
