fill automatically Job family according to Job

Hello

is it possible to have the field Job family prefilled automatically with the right value according to the Job filled by the HM/recruiter

 

If not possible can we configure a controlling message so that the job family filled will match with the job choosed

which means if the user choose the job family : IT, then he can only choose jobs linked to this job family
