We are using checklists and questionnaires to capture information about pending workers - unfortunately, I have been unable to report on any of this through OTBI on PENDING workers.  I am sure it is possible with BI but we are trying to utilize OTBI wherever possible.

The Person Number, Name only show up when the person is already hired which defeats the purpose of being able to report on responses pertaining to pending workers.  I can see the results of the task, just not "which" employee.
