Hi,

We have enabled ESS and employees are doing transactions. We are now having some issue with the ESS Transaction report (using OTBI subject area - Approval Notification Archive Real Time)

A couple of days ago we noticed that the Transaction ID column is blank (in the report) for some transactions that were submitted back in January 2021 (see picture).

When we were running this report back in March/April, the transaction ID column was always populated with IDs.

I checked the Archive Transactions settings (in the transaction console) and the setting is 3 months.

Could you advise if this is the way it should work? I don't understand why we are having blanks in the Transaction ID column.
