Hi Team ,

 

Allow Negative ETC Calculation  on the  Forecast planning  Options  is enabled . But  this process is not giving the  expected Results.Please help in Resolution ,if im missing anything while doing the Process.

Process : 

1. On a given  Forecast Version , Task A  on a project  There is Some EAC =  5000  & ETC  = 5000  EUR

2.  Incurred Some Costs on Task A  ( 5000 EUR)  =  Actual Costs

3. Post Updating the Forecast Version , i can see the Actual on the Version.

4. I have Incurred   Some more Cost on the  1000 EUR  , Now Making total Actual Costs = 6000 EUR

5. Now i Updated the Forecast version,  Post updating the forecast ,it is observed that EAC got increased as Actual and ETC remains zero only instead of -ve amount (-1000 EUR)
