Unable to show PER_PERSON_LEGISLATIVE_DFF fields for HR in classic UI.

I have created country context values but fields are not appearing on page. I have tried to enabled through page composer but there is no DFF under source. am i missing something? 

Note- We are using Classic UI (HR pages)
