add interview template automatically to a job requisition

Hello,

in order to invite a candidate for a interview meeting on orc it is mandatory to add the interview template to the job requisition first. Is there a way in order to do this in an automatic way? the client don't like the idea to everytime add an interview template for each job requisition they would like to do it directly to the candidate.
