Alert - Summary of overdue courses with names on the same line

Hi there, I have organised a Summary to be shot to the Line manager including people who did not do their regulatory courses on time.

 

The issue is that the names of the employees, courses, etc. are not on separate lines.

Is there are way to force them to be on separate lines? The way they are now is useless. 

 

The results that the manager receives is at the end of the post.

Here is the code I am using.
