We want to trigger the request more information action for sensitive personal info but only when something is missing. We ask for both Naitional Identifier and DOB in the app flow, but not mandatory. So the ask is can we only trigger the RMI for this information when something is missing? 

ie the RMI request on the CSP will not trigger if both fields were completed in the application
