Sales Resource Directory - Employee Reqs

I have recently loaded employees using HDL.

However, they couldn't be found in the resource directory search (not the global search).

Does anyone know what the requirements are for employees to be found in the RD search?

Navigation > Others > Resource Directory > Task Panel > Identify Resources
