Unable to convert pending worker to employee

Hi All,

User are facing an issue while convert to pending worker to employee, hire date is 5/24/2021 so we was converting the pending worker to employee while converting the pending  worker to employee we are changing we change the hire date 6/7/2021 but after submitting the transaction we still see person dash board still showing ending worker, if we search person management page on 6/8/2021 it is still showing pending worker please check the screen which I have attached. I have checked all report and approval all looks good.

 

> If any workaround please let me know.
