Resignation - HRBP approval

Hi Team,

Our resignation process is such that once employee submits the transaction it goes for Manager approval and then HRBP approval. We are collecting some information from both employee and manager when they do their transaction.

From employee - we are collecting the reason for leaving (DFF)

From manager - we are collecting reason for leaving (as per manager) and recommended for rehire (both DFF again)

Now when the transaction moves to HRBP - we would want him to see the details submitted by employee and manager and fill in the details as below:

Reason for leaving in delivered "Reason" field and recommended for rehire as well in delivered field. Issue is I am not able to understand how to make these fields visible to HRBP at this stage. Any leads would help here.
