This is regarding the Recent Education field

1. In the Demo environment when I create a new candidate automatically this Field is being populated with Data that I didn’t give – where is it coming from?
2. When do we maintain the Values for this Field?
3. How come when the candidate is being Hired the Data in the Filed of Recent Education is not going to the "Highest education Level"
