Reporting on Attachment on Job

Looking for a report to show job's that have an attachment

Recently we completed an effort to attach job descriptions to the workforce structures - jobs.  Now we are looking for an audit report to show that all the jobs have been updated and find any that still need completed.  We are not seeing any options in BI under document records or under the job folder of workforce assignment real time.  Does anyone know how we can report on the job's that have an attachment?
