Dear Experts - We are trying to implement global grades in HRIS system.  This is the first time we are implementing. we have grades and grade rates with min,mid and max amounts.  we have 4 grade ladders.  However, I really want to know that if there is a shared job across different legal groups/countries with same grade but different ladder, how can this be managed in Oracle? Does oracle have capability to identify based on location or do we have to have unique job titles for each grade/grade rate combination?

would appreciate any guidance/suggestion/help on this.
