How can i delete the uploaded Contact data uploaded into Production environment twice by mistake?

While loading the contact information,I found few errors and then while correcting them I uploaded the another file which had a different SourceSystemId. Now I have two contact data in Production for all successfully loaded employees with 2 different source system ids.

How can I delete one of them without doing it manually as we have close to 1800 employees?

I saw the notes about deleting worker data in UAT or test environment by creating a SR and getting a code but this is production data.

FYI,I tried to use DELETE instead of MERGE and it didnt allow me to load the employees.
