How HR can perform all employment Changes by using Responsive UI Quick Actions instead of Classic UI person management page? 

Requirement:- Currently HR Performing all employee related changes by using Classic UI person management page but we are planning to move news feed layout so how HR can perform all stuff Instead of Person management.

Note:- We have some Quick Actions under My workforce for some tasks like Change Manager,Local and Global Transfer..etc...
