Capture Parents name on personal information page while hiring an employee

Hi,

We have a requirement for capturing Father's and Mother's name on Personal Information page while using the action 'Hire an Employee'. Only for one country not global.

I don't see any existing field to capture this information. I could see one way to do this from DFF under Persons Name attribute area. However, it is not working as expected.

Is there anyone who have had similar requirement for one of the legislation and could solve it?
