Search link for Location

When viewing the list of values for locations we have noticed the search link is missing.  The search link is available when looking up DFF but not delivered fields such as Location, Job, Department.

The Client LOV allows us to search location by predictive text, however, we are noticing that the list that generates is missing some values.  When searching location through Person Management, we were able to select search to help us view all associated locations using keywords.

Is there a way to make the Search link visible through the responsive page for Location, Job, and Department?
