How to hide job offer in document records from line manager

Line Managers can see their direct reports job offer letters in Document Records. Can someone please help me in hiding this? We do not want line managers to have visibility to the job offer here.

I've reviewed the document security worked examples white paper and am still a bit lost. Thanks.
