How can add Project Budget amount in single line/period

Hi Experts,

I am trying to create project budget. When I am adding budget amount the amount getting distributed in multiple periods (Months) from project start date to Project end date. We don't want to distribute budget amount in multiple periods, wanted the entire budget amount in one line. 

How can we add all the budget amounts in one line. Please suggest.
