How to properly track relocation information?Content
Hi,
We are currently tracking the data related to the relocation of employees using DFFs. The information that we store is related to:
- Assignment Duration
- Family size
- Point of Origin
- Transportation/House allowance
We are not yet running payroll from HCM Cloud, but we do have interfaces to 3rd party payroll system.
We are exploring how we can better track this and maybe don't use that many DFFs.
Would love to hear some ideas on how you are handling this process or if Oracle has something that we can leverage to do this?
