Recruiting - Extensible Flexfields

Hello, 

I met difficulties to create extensible flexfields for the application flow on the career site. 

When I read the documentation and test, it seems that we do not have the choice to create commum lookup in order to work on the career site. If we build commom lookup and define the value set has "table" to put the common lookup as a values set, we do not have the possibility to create dependant value (in order to filter value according a first field) or to create a field with multiple choice values. 

 

Do you have an idea in this special case to fix my issue for  :
