as part of the one of our selection process there is a  step when there is a decision committee , in this committee the final candidates are being considered and then only 1 us chosen BUT The candidates are not part of this meeting , it is like an interview BUT without the candidate

Can we create an interview template for this BUT We need to verify that there is no notifications that is being sent to the Candidate and the candidate will not see that this interview was scheduled?

Can we do it ?
