Error Validate and Upload Budgets

Hello:  I am trying to load the PBCS budget into General Ledger (Cloud), the log shows Error Message 1:  (blank); Error message 2: The account has invalid values.-****_Account.  Where do you find the invalid accounts; no other log exists.
