Updated Grade Rates for cost of living rise but what is the process to update these values on each e

Uploaded Grade Rate Values from 01/08/21 but what process needs running to update employee assignment values

I have successfully ran a HDL for GradeRateValue and the values have update from 01/08/21, but what process is still required to update the employee assignments on the same date.

The Manage Grade Rate Value is correct as well, but the grade ladder is showing the old value on the effective date and has not updated.

Can somoene please advise if I am missing a process to update the assignments and grade ladders?
