BIP excel template to enhance pivot charts

We are trying to build a BIP report and include analytics (pivot charts) on one of the tabs.

is there a way to not have to repeat the filters? For instance, Status is showing up on each pivot chart. We would ideally like to see it as a single filter (or slicer).Or have a dedicates space for the filters (almost like prompts on the dashboard). But we are unable create a .xlsx template and so cannot do much about the filters.

Has anyone encountered similar challenge?
