End Dated Termination Actions are still available for pick

Termination Actions 'Retirement' & 'Resignation' are end dated but they are still available in the LOV for 'Whats the way to terminate the employee' in Termination (RUI) page where as the classic Termination (Person Management/Work Relationship) does not show these two actions. Is there a way to stop them showing in RUI page?
