Hi experts!

I  need to create and send an email notification whenever a person has enrolled or completed a course in Oracle Learning Cloud.

I created BI Publisher bursting for this but is it possible to create a trigger in which whenever a person enrolls or completes a course in Oracle Learning Cloud it automatically sends an email notification.

Is it possible for a real time email notification  whenever a person enrolls or completes a course in Oracle Learning Cloud 

I looked around resources here and did not see any definitive resources or documentation if this is possible.
