Publish a standard drill through view point using simplified Drill Type UI

Want to have a standard view point for all our users to use a clean version of the Drill Through views

I want to set a standard View Definition for users using the Simplified Drill Type UI, however, I do not see that as an option, though it does seem to recognize that the View Name is already available in the database (see attached) when I created one as the system admin. Is there not an option to have Public view point to help create a clean viewpoint for all users? This would help prevent 100 users or so trying to create this themselves and drive consistency.
