Delete files attached in Transaction Console

Summary

We are designing a process allowing employees to attach documents in Personal Information changes like Name and National Identifier. Files will appear in the Transaction Console.

Content

However, we need to delete these attached files in our test pods. Would you know how to delete these attachments from Transaction Console?
