Hi

when we are creating an offer for an Ex employee or ex contingent i discovered that the action we are receiving is Add pending worker relationship --> do we must first hire Ex employee or ex contingent as pending worker ? cant we see in the list of the Offer Actions the Actions of Rehire/Renew Placement and skip the Pending worker Phase ??
