Objective is to display one of the segment values from People Group Flexfied Structure in OTBI Report

I have requirement to show a segment value from People Group Flexfied in the report. However, "Workforce Management - Worker Assignment Real Time"."Worker Assignment Details"."People Group" column is giving this entire flexfied as concatenated values.

Eg: seg1.seg2.seg3....No.Yes....seg11..seg13.

1. Is there any other subject area where I can get Segment wise values of the People Group Flexfied in a folder?

2. If "Workforce Management - Worker Assignment Real Time"."Worker Assignment Details"."People Group" is the only option, then is it possible to use any STRING functions to extract a segment value?
