Hi All,

Plan and Option drop-down menu values are not enabled for few users when filling a Job Offer; when logged in as other user, we are able to access Plan and Option drop down list for the same candidate!.

Please suggest.

Didn't find any issue at the set up level, already reviewed this document :Individual Compensation Plan not Available in 'Other Compensation' Section While Creating a Job Offer (Doc ID 2757336.1).
