Convert Pending Worker Error

Hi all,

When we are converting a pending worker into employee and selecting payroll details we are getting an error

"This person doesn't have a date of birth. You to need to give them one before trying to add a payroll. (HRX-1560292)".

Though we have not make DOB field mandatory still it is throwing out an error.

Navigation: My Client Groups > Pending Worker Quick Action
