Panel and Banner Theme "Quick Access" Buttons in Newsfeed?

Good Evening,

 

In the panel and banner style themes there is a navigation menu at the top of the screen that lets you easily switch to other related task. For example, in Recruiting, you can switch between looking at job reqs to hiring a new person or looking at other workforce details.

Is there a way to enable this on work area page such as Hiring but in the Newsfeed theme type? Thank you!
