How to update the Contact Relationship of an Employee if it was stored 'wrongly' the first time?

During our contact upload, the source system had wrongly identified few relationships as 'Others' when it should have been 'Domestic Partner'. Now we found this issue while uploading Benefits enrollment data upload.

When I tried to upload for the new data for one Employee, I found that it had created a new contact with the relationship ' Domestic partner' without updating the original data. Its difficult to delete for 70 employees manually.

What could be the way to update these contact relationships?
