How to move a candidate from candidate selection process to the system?

Hello Guys,

We are facing some problem with the move to hr process in candidate selection. We just extend the job offer to candidate, but we don't receive any type of notification inside candidate email.

We Use the standard candidate selection process templates, is there something that we are neglecting?
